CANCELLATION POLICY

Flower company is completely skilled and believes in the complete satisfaction
and pleasure of our valued customers. We tend to leave no stone unturned to
ensure that your package reaches the Specified destination without any kind of
impediment or injury. As some of our product are extremely perishable, we
regret any reasonably inconvenience to our cherished customers because of some
fault on our part. If such a thing happens, you're free to lodge a complaint
with our client care center. We assure you that your complaint will be dealt
with immediately and also the best possible course of action will be followed
to resolve any kind of problem. You may get get refund as per the following
rules.
We will
not entertain any complaints for any product after delivered successfully &
carefully. if client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount
will be refunded via same source within 07 to 10 working days.

the service or packages before Events , timelines need to be mentioned and once
the cancellation done, the entire amount or any deduction will be refunded via
original method of payment within 10 to 15 working day
If it
so happens that you have to cancel your order one day before delivery, we
ensure you full refund of your amount without any kind of penalty (except
transaction fees of $ 2.50 or INR 100).
The
management of our company will be the chief authority regarding refund. Its
decision will be final and binding on all such orders.
If
you're not satisfied with the quality of our product, we will either replace
the product with another product of equal value or provide you full refund. The
only condition being that the complaint regarding substandard quality should be
authentic and not fabricated. Our personnel will make sure the authenticity of
your statement.
Order
Cancellation is possible under below mentioned circumstances:
If any
customer wishes to cancel the order – same needs to be informed 24 hrs. prior
to the delivery/dispatch date. In this case, 10% of the order amount will be
deducted as the processing charge.
Any
complaint regarding the quality of the hand delivered product should come to us
within 24 hrs. of delivery. Customer/Recipient needs to send a snapshot of the
product for our investigation purpose. Refund or re-delivery may happen
depending on the nature of the complaint. However, this is solely at the
discretion of the business owners.
In case
of hand delivered/perishable item like flowers or cakes or others, we may call
up the recipient to check on the delivery address/landmark or to take an
appointment for the delivery. We will treat the order as attempted delivery in
case the recipient is not available at the time of delivery or he/she refuses
to accept the product due to any personal reason Complaints concerning such
issues will not be entertained.
The
Website reserves the right to refuse the delivery of any order unconditionally
without providing any reason. Customers are entitled to get 100% refund in such
cases. If at all this happens, please understand that it may be a one of case
(due to emergency/natural calamity/personal reason) and the customer will be
informed in such situations.

acknowledged by the support team and only then will it be processed.
REPLACEMENT
POLICY
If the
products seem unsatisfactory to the recipient due to the poor quality or lack
of freshness, a 100% refund will be issued to the customer under the below
mentioned circumstances:
Recipient
has returned the gift (Flower/Cakes/Others) instantly in intact condition to
the delivery person or at the mentioned address Customer must send us an email
stating the reason of returning the product. Please mention the order details
on the email. For contact details, please visit the Contact Section mentioned
on our Website. Particular flowers or item types or colors may not be available
on certain days. Customer will be informed to choose the alternate item.
If the
customer does not like the alternate option, 100% refund will be issued to the
customer and the order will be cancelled.
Refund
Procedure
Refund
will be done within the three days of your order cancellation due to the above
mentioned criteria. Customer will receive an email mentioning the refund
details. The amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 5-7
working days once refund is done from our end.
